These days, I am out running around visiting factories every single day, typically auditing 2 to 3 facilities daily. On the contrary, some small, unstructured workshops can be unnecessarily difficult to deal with. Because of this, my future sourcing direction will lean heavily toward established large-scale manufacturers.
My most memorable experience recently was with a professional pneumatic tool factory owner. We made an appointment, and he was already waiting for me in his office with freshly brewed Chinese tea. He personally guided me through the entire production workshop, the warehouse, and their product showroom, helping me carefully organize all the technical data I needed. The boss spent the entire morning accompanying me, and he even brought over his chief factory director to explain the core engineering knowledge of their heavy-duty air tools. I truly learned a lot of valuable industry expertise from them.
My core philosophy is to be a truly professional, neutral, and objective China sourcing agent.
